CNC Intermac Jet T 3 axis machine for sale! The CNC machine used for marble and granite processing was reconditioned by our company in 2019 and we have on record photos with the machine before and after reconditioning. This machine was imported by our company from France directly from Biesse France in 2018.
All the linear guides were verified and broken parts were changed so the machine can work in proper conditions as it was new. The machine was calibrated in our factory so all the guides work in perfect condition according to the manufacturer specifications. You can look in the pictures and you will see that some of the guides were destroyed so we had to replace the guides with brand new linear guides from HIWIN.
Due to years of work in wet conditions some of the parts were destroyed by rust, we cut and changed those parts so the machine can look almost new. The machine is fully painted with 2 layers of primer and 2 layers of paint for extra rust protection.
Also, all the nuts and screws had been changed with stainless steel ones to avoid any rust in the future.
The floppy disk was changed with a brand new USB to FDD emulator which can upload a lot of programs if ethernet connection is not necessary. The connection to upload the programs can be made by USB emulator or ethernet connection via Virtual Windows image that comes with the machine so you can run the software from any personal PC and you can upload large program files into the CNC machine.
We can also provide at your request for extra costs CNC programs for processing tombstones headstones, along with tools for machining those funeral monuments.
